6-Week Shred
Reach your goals with Shred!
The Shred program will give you daily workouts with personalized macronutrients and check ins with Dr. Sikora to keep you accountable! You can sign up for continuous shred programs for year long workouts and meal plans (each shred offers a different workout and a different meal plan), or you can use it intermittently throughout the year.
Enrollment is NOT set up automatically to renew, so you need to purchase the program every 6 weeks if you want to do it continuously.
This program is suitable for men and women, and can be done in the gym or at home. Modifications are available if you have physical limitations. The workouts are conveniently loaded in the FitMD app for you to have constant access!
Our Shred dates for 2025 are as follows:
January 6 - February 16
February 17 - March 30
April 7 - May 17
May 26- July 5
July 14 - August 23
September 1 - October 11
October 20 - November 29
